We have ample free parking in two private lots with overflow options on adjacent streets surrounding the building.

Subject to our approval and applicable kitchen rental rates, you are welcome to choose any caterer for your event.

• All events where alcohol is being served must be staffed with ICS bar staff. The rate is $15/hour per bar staff (1 bar staff generally per 50 people).
  
  
• Our AGLC license allows children of all ages to be in attendance at all times.
  
  
• Outside food can be brought in to self-cater your own event and access to basic kitchen facilities is available for a nominal cost.

• The renter is responsible for all cleanup of the rental space to restore it to the condition in which it was given over including all common areas used (foyers, stairs, bathrooms, kitchens, etc).
  
  
• Arrangements can be made to hire out cleaning services to be done by the ICS - this must be done at time of booking and rates will be advised.

• A deposit of $250 is required to secure the booking. Full payment of the rental fee is due 30 days prior to booking.
  
  
• Cancellations by the renter must be done in writing thirty (30) days prior to the rental date to be entitled to full refund of the $250 deposit. Cancellations with less than 30 days will be charged a $100 cancellation fee. The remainder of the fees and deposits will be refunded if the event is canceled.

We strive to be accessible to all audiences. Our main Bunratty Hall is fully accessible as are the public restrooms within the hall.  Hickey’s Place is accessible with a chair lift which our staff can safely assist with. We are in the planning stages of having an elevator installed and accessible  washrooms part of this space in the foreseeable future.
